Leading publisheris seeking an energetic and talented sales manager to head the team of their QLD office.

Based in Mount Coot-tha and reporting to the Director of Advertising Sales this is a great opportunity to work within a fast-paced, energetic environment.

Key areas of responsibility include:

• to manage and growrevenue and reputation in the Qld market
• to develop sales targets and business plans
• the ability to work cross platform - integratingother divisionsto develop compelling client solutions
• to manage, coach and develop a sales team of six people

You will have extensive experience in advertising sales and demonstrate strong levels of initiative and innovation to drive creative results based solutions for Advertisers.

A proactive and dynamic approach to uncovering new business is a must. You will be comfortable and motivated to build business relationships and be customer focused. A strong attention to detail and being a great team manager are a prerequisite of the role. With a passionate and enthusiastic attitude, you are a self-motivated team player, who is able to think laterally and strategically.
