Our client is one of the fastest growing technology companies in the recruitment sector with operations in the UK, Asia and Australia. They work with a wide range of global recruiters, from listed FTSE enterprise clients to small boutique firms, job board owners/investors and corporates. They are recognised across the industry as technology leaders and innovators.

This role will suit an enthusiastic, driven individual that has a reasonably strong handle on website technology; but with a passion to learn more. A confident and highly organised person with first class communication skills is essential. Supporting the Director ANZ; you will be working within a start-up environment here in Sydney. Over time there is no reason why you could not travel with the firm to be based within bigger offices in either Asia or in the UK.

You will be involved in assisting the continued growth of the business’s client base throughout Australia and New Zealand. Product training will be provided to ensure you are comfortable in performing the job to the highest standards.

Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • 2-5 years’ experience working within a creative design / technology / sales / account management environment (an understanding of the Recruitment industry a plus)
  • Identify new business opportunities within what are the core target markets
  • Exposure to building sustained, long-term client relationships
  • Identify each potential customer's needs and sell in a tailored solution.
  • Formulate business proposals according to the customers' business needs
  • Aptitude and interest in technology and a product which is evolving quickly.
  • Can work as part of global sales team, including occasional travel around Australia or internationally
  • Solid Housekeeping skills and a sense of humour
