Our client is the fastest-growing Kids & Teens digital media company in the Asia-Pacific region, reaching over 170 million kids monthly across desktop, mobile and online video. Headquartered in Singapore with offices in Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines and here in Australia. These guys make sure brand engagement with the Kids & Teens market is safe, effective and entertaining.

Reporting to the Sales Director; we are seeking an experienced and motivated digital sales professional to join the ANZ team. Someone with a proven track record in digital media/advertising sales and business development. Experience in the youth market is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and develop new business opportunities
  • Understand the client’s requirements, brief creative team and help pitch on proposals
  • Initiate and develop relationships with key leading brands and media agencies to grow revenue from key clients
  • Achieve individual sales targets
  • Assist team in achieving sales targets and results

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in digital media/advertising sales
  • Ability to work in a solo or small team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills and ability to present
  • As self-starter who can clearly demonstrate your abilities to get things done without direct supervision and understand what it means to deliver excellence to clients
  • Track record of consistently achieving or even over-achieving your targets
  • An ‘entrepreneurial hunter’ mindset who works well in a small but fast-growing company
  • Good agency &/or client relationships
