Job Description

You are knowledgeable and confident in trading across all media and maybe even some digital; and have familiarity of all tools. 

You are responsible for and respectful of the discipline of trading, and its complexities. The use of data to rationalise recommendations is at the root of all your work.  You are passionate and confident, with best in market media relationships, and willing to always look toward developing new relationships ongoing.

Core Competencies:

  • Competent knowledge of all media platforms

  • Solid understanding of the various media owners and current market knowledge.

  • Experience using trading systems, processes and tools such as BCC, Nielsen/Comscore, DCM/Sizmek and Aqx Fusion.

  • Basic understanding of Google Analytics, Omniture and UTM tracking.

  • Professional business conduct at all times.

  • Strong ability to coordinate communication and problem solve between creative agency, account service, client and media owner. 

  • Excellent at managing your time, prioritisation and organisational skills.

  • Ability to manage tasks with multiple stakeholders.

  • Great presentation skills, communications skills, negotiation and numerical skills.

  • Excellent at building and maintaining strong relationship with media owners, SBU’s and clients alike.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to see the bigger picture and willing to ask questions.

  • Capable at loading BCC and checking media confirmations and IOs.

Core KPI’s:

  • Hitting agreed campaign targets.

  • Ability to set appropriate measurement metrics.

  • Ability to effectively optimise and manage campaigns

  • Accurate and timely reporting delivered with thoughtful insights and actions.

  • Manage IOs and booking process to ensure that they reflect the plan and optimisations.

  • Ensuring agency processes and appropriate check-ins occur.

  • Impeccable time and project management skills.

  • Get involved in staff training; including attendance, participation-style, results, and active-use post training.

  • Proactively offering support on management initiatives to bolster experience.

  • Supervision of junior staff to ensure the highest quality output.
