As an integral part of the sales team your role will be to support the Account Managers and Sales Manager from a point of and post-sale perspective. This includes handling all campaigns from booking point through to managing delivery and post reporting.

Supporting the team from an administrative and organisational perspective, your day to day tasks will be to:

  • Process and send insertion orders once signed off by the client
  • Liaise with the Ad Operations team and clients to ensure all ad tags are provided and implemented correctly
  • Ensure relevant screenshots (proof of posting) are sent to all clients within five days of campaigns going live
  • Accurate and professional email correspondence with clients and internal staff
  • Meeting specified deadlines as outlined by clients or internal staff
  • Compile and distribute end of campaign reports for all campaigns in a timely manner
  • General reporting and data compiling in spreadsheets based on client requests
  • Learn various systems - Google Double-click for Publishers, Nielsen, Google Analytics, Symphony, Tableau – to pull audience, client and campaign insights with support and training from team members or third-party companies
  • Send out editorial links to relevant clients of their published articles when featured as directed by Account Managers or Sales Manager
  • Assist with general support requests from Account Managers, Sales Manager and Director
  • Assist set-up of communications for weekly national sales meeting
  • Attend client functions as requested by Sales Manager, this may require time out of designated business hours on occasion
  • Participate in company social events as requested by senior staff

  • Proficient skills in Excel and basic PowerPoint & MS Office skills
  • Able to use Google Docs and Google Analytics an advantage
