Reporting to the Head of Partnerships you will be highly skilled in developing and solidifying business partnerships and will be confident in your ability to not only meet but exceed company targets and KPI’s.

We are after a self-starter who can hit the ground running from day one. A highly passionate, creative thinking, proven media sales professional who will be joining an ever-growing, valued, high performing, hard-working, energetic and fun team.

Key Accountabilities:

Your primary responsibility is to generate revenue by sourcing and securing advertisers across print, digital, events and all other assets.

  • Meeting and hopefully exceeding individual / team targets as agreed with management.

  • Conducting at least 5 meetings per week across agency &/or direct clients to build and maintain new and pre-existing partnerships.

  • Producing a number of proactive pitches per week to ensure an adequate future pipeline.

  • Help the team to continuously produce quality brief responses, efficiently and to deadline.

  • Ensuring that you are receiving all agency briefs from your patch via frequent contact and relationship management.

  • Work closely with the Head of Partnerships to develop strategies and new offerings to consistently drive new revenue opportunities.

  • Day-to-day education and issue resolution with the wider team, particularly within the Partnerships team.

Essential Requirements:

  • Exceptional relationship management skills.

  • Existing & strong advertiser relationships, particularly with media agencies.

  • Strong budget management with the ability to recognise profit and reach targets.

  • Ability to juggle multiple advertisers, suppliers and tasks.

  • Sales experience within a cross platform media environment – digital, print and events.  

  • Excellent initiative and problem solving skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail; written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work well with MS Office and Salesforce programs.
